新西蘭先驅報中文網Bonny報道 食品安全是每一位前往餐廳就餐的消費者所關心的問題，作爲所有餐館的管理者，新西蘭的地區議會負責監督每一個轄區內的餐館的衛生情況，並根據現場檢查的結果爲餐館發放衛生等級證明；新西蘭的食品安全法案要求每個面向公衆經營食品、飲料的商家，都必須把衛生等級證明擺放在餐館中最明顯的地方，以便消費者瀏覽和監督。</p>
<p>
這個證明長什麼樣子呢？其實就是一張A4大小的紙，上面印刷着一個大大的藍色字母，旁邊會有這張證明是頒發給哪個餐館、經營地址是什麼、牌照編號是什麼、由什麼組織頒發等等輔助信息。這個印着大大的英文大寫字母的證明，看起來就是一張紙而已，但它卻是這個餐館是否被消費者從衛生程度上認可的最重要的東西。</p>

奧克蘭市議會對所有餐飲服務業場所，按照情況和衛生級別頒發“衛生等級證明”，它們是：</p>
<p>
A，非常衛生</p>
<p>
B，衛生情況良好</p>
<p>
D，衛生情況不好</p>
<p>
E，衛生情況糟糕</p>
<p>
Pending，剛申請評級的餐館或是剛剛轉手過的餐館，等待評級</p>
<p>
也許您會問，爲什麼沒有C這個級別？其實原因很簡單，奧克蘭市議會認爲，沒有Average、也就是“平均”這個衛生概念，如果好，就是A或B；如果不好，就是D或E。</p>
<p>
這也就避免了負責食品衛生監督的工作人員，搞“人情牌”“平均主義”這種事情；這也能夠從另一方面體現出西方社會的一些辦事作風吧。</p>
<p>
如果一個餐館懸掛A/B，那麼代表您可以在裏面放心的進行消費；如果一個餐館是D，那麼您需要小心；如果是E，請您按照自身的健康情況作出決定吧。</p>
<p>
有了這樣的參照標準，大家是否真的就能夠放心地在懸掛A級衛生等級證明的餐廳內享受食物呢？</p>
<p>
最近，中文先驅報接到讀者爆料：她8月30日在Botany Town Centre的Morena Cafe買了一份蘋果派和一杯咖啡，當咬下蘋果派的第一口後，發現裏面竟然有四五個黴點。</p>

隨後，她找到店主，店主的解釋是這份蘋果派是“老存貨”，被店鋪的新實習員工不小心售出了。當事人找到店家要求退款並道歉，店家只退還了蘋果派的費用。其中一位店員向當事人道歉了，但是該店的另一位負責人則拒絕對此事件負責。她對當事人說到：“想去哪兒告狀就去哪兒，這不是我們的錯。”</p>
<p>
Morena Cafe的店主Herdeep Singh表示，他們的食品都是由供貨商提供，保質期爲三天。他說，星期三（8月30日）早上當班的員工是一位新人，在沒有檢查的情況下，將過期食品和沒有過期的食品混在了一起。從食物的外觀上，看不出是否過期。</p>
<p>
當事人表示，她並不在意自己是否得到了退款或者道歉，但是由於這家店鋪正處於人流密集區，有很多家長會帶着孩子來這裏就餐。這一次是她通過黴點知道食物已經過期，如果下一次發生的情況是食物已經過期，但是肉眼看不出來被客戶誤食，又該怎麼辦呢？</p>

因爲信賴奧克蘭市議會頒佈的衛生評級標準而選擇了A類餐廳，卻還遇到這樣的噁心事，那麼這個衛生評級的分數是如何計算出來的呢？主要包括如下幾個方面：</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>
環境衛生，包括餐飲區和操作區，都要潔淨</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
垃圾的處理空間、以及垃圾的處理方式，還有戶外的垃圾堆放地的潔淨程度</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
食品展示櫃、或是食品存儲地的衛生（例如冰櫃、冰箱等等）</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
處理食物的操作流程是否潔淨</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
是否有外來生物？例如，蟑螂、老鼠、各種“尋味而來”的不速之客，以及它們的排泄物</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
操作間是否有食物的異味飄出？</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
是否有過期食品、不安全食品被存儲或是銷售？</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
上一次評級的證書，是否被懸掛在最顯眼的地方？</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
人員是否都經過了Food Safety方面的培訓？</p>
</li>
</ul>
