咖啡豆是哥倫比亞的絕佳伴手禮，有政府背書的咖啡產業，讓觀光客可以在此品味南美洲最佳的咖啡豆、深入精緻的咖啡文化，當然也可以買幾包物美價廉的咖啡豆回家。在哥倫比亞的大城小鎮常看到許多上班族或學生，一手拿着隨手杯的咖啡、一邊在街道疾行趕公車，然而手上那杯咖啡商標不是我們習慣的綠色星巴克，而是在地品牌寫着Juan Valdez Cafe的紅色商標。</p>
<p>
■沒盤商剝削 咖啡豆物美價廉</p>
<p>
哥倫比亞咖啡農協會(Federacion Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia，簡稱FNC)行銷經理Mario說：「Juan Valdez目前在全球有五百多家門市，除了哥倫比亞，在南美洲許多城市都看得到，此外它早已進軍紐約、歐洲，成了哥倫比亞咖啡的絕佳代言人。」</p>
<p>
不同於許多連鎖咖啡從咖啡豆產地到消費端是經過一層又一層的盤商剝削，成立於1927年的哥倫比亞咖啡農協會，以保障咖啡農的利益爲出發點，將產地的咖啡豆直接供應到消費端，讓消費者可以喝到物美價廉的好咖啡，所以Juan Valdez的股東是兩萬多個咖啡農民。</p>
<p>
1940年開始，國家咖啡基金會就以保護哥倫比亞咖啡爲職志，穩定咖啡豆市場價格，Mario指出，南美洲咖啡產量最大的國家是巴西，但咖啡豆產值最高的是哥倫比亞，當地的咖啡豆通常是全球咖啡市場的中高價品牌。</p>
<p>
■咖啡館雅緻品味美好</p>
<p>
安地斯山的氣候、具火山灰與多重礦物質的土壤，再加上政府的保護與推廣，造就哥倫比亞的好咖啡，在Juan Valdez花臺幣約60元就可以喝一杯卡布奇諾，咖啡之外，咖啡館本身個個雅緻，有舒服的沙發、美好的音樂、無線網路，愛坐多久就坐多久。</p>
<p>
在一些老城區，Juan Valdez還設在歷史建築裏，讓人可以在西班牙式的庭院喝咖啡，意境非凡。在城市裏，Juan Valdez常和藝文團體合作，有些開放空間可以邊看展演邊喝咖啡，藉着咖啡館傳遞哥倫比亞的美好生活。</p>
<p>
哥倫比亞旅遊INDEX</p>
<p>
★航班：臺灣無直飛哥倫比亞的班機，不過可以全程從臺北搭達美航空於東京、美國轉機前往，需時約26小時，是飛行與轉機時間最短的選擇，票價約7萬元起，但需持有美國簽證。不想辦美籤者，可從臺北出發到歐洲轉機，比方在德國法蘭克福搭德航直飛波哥大。</p>
<p>
★簽證：持臺灣護照可享最多90天免簽入境。</p>
<p>
★幣值與消費：臺幣1元約哥倫比亞披索(cop)60元，礦泉水一瓶600ml約臺幣20元、水果店現打一杯新鮮果汁約臺幣40元，午餐喫得豐盛的套餐約臺幣150元，飲食的物價相對便宜。</p>
<p>
★氣候：位在熱帶，四季如一，想要換季就必須換地點，波哥大海拔高，終年10~15度、夏天則在加勒比海海濱，氣溫28~33度。</p>
<p>
★國內交通：波哥大市區的捷運系統Trans Milenio貫穿城市，非常方便，車資約1750cop(約臺幣30元)，計程車便利便宜。從波哥大到卡塔赫納可搭飛機前往，國內線的航空公司有Avianca,Lan,Copa，單程票價約110美金，飛行時間70分鐘，可上航空公司網站訂票，愈早訂愈便宜。</p>
<p>
★安全：大城市波哥大入夜後不宜亂逛，只能在特定區域走逛，入夜後出入最好搭計程車。</p>
<p>
