如果感覺純手工製作的 花式咖啡 不過癮,還可以像《青蜂俠》裏的周杰倫那樣挑戰更炫的咖啡拉花(Latter Art)。由於拉花的呈現要依賴於咖啡上那一層特殊的油脂,而這種油脂只有專業的 咖啡機 才能做出,因此,要先用 咖啡機 分別做好咖啡和牛奶,然後將牛奶向咖啡的中心注入,同時上下抬高奶缸,使咖啡與牛奶進行充分融合。在倒至七八分滿時,將缸嘴靠近咖啡液麪,以咖啡杯杯緣處爲起點,用牛奶畫出圖案。這就是所謂的咖啡拉花,不過,要完全掌握拉花的技藝並非易事,必須要經過專業的學習和訓練。</p>

STEP 1</p>
<p>
用磨豆機將咖啡豆研磨至類似綿砂糖的細度。</p>
<p>
STEP 2</p>
<p>
向摩卡咖啡壺下部注入純淨水,將磨好的咖啡粉加入粉槽內,擰緊壺體。粉水比例爲(以單人份爲例):7~8克咖啡粉加30ml水。</p>
<p>
STEP 3</p>
<p>
將咖啡壺放在電磁爐上加熱,待有蒸汽冒出,且咖啡液溢至上壺體時,關火。</p>
<p>
STEP 4</p>
<p>
把牛奶倒入奶泡壺,上下均勻抽拉至壺邊緣冒出奶泡,提起濾網,把壺邊的粗泡用勺子取出扔掉,再將一些牛奶倒入奶缸,將牛奶與奶泡互倒以混合均勻。</p>
<p>
工具箱</p>
<p>
預熱好咖啡杯,向杯中倒入約1/8杯咖啡,再用牛奶與奶泡的混合體將杯子加滿,然後用巧克力醬和牙籤畫出自己喜歡的圖案。</p>
