	瑰夏(Geisha)，發音同於日文的藝妓，故又別稱&ldquo;藝妓咖啡&rdquo;，它的種是1931年從埃塞俄比亞的瑰夏森林裏發現的，然後送到肯尼亞的咖啡研究所；1936年引進到烏干達和坦桑尼亞，1953年哥斯達黎加引進，巴拿馬是1970年代由洞巴七農園的弗朗西可.塞拉新先生從哥斯達黎加引種然後開始種植瑰夏咖啡，因爲產量極低並要參與競標，這款豆子可以說來之不易 據愛伲集團董事長劉明輝介紹，今年1月，愛伲莊園把引種的33個新咖啡品種的樣品寄到美國，請世界咖啡界泰斗、美國精品咖啡協會（SCAA）前主席、咖啡質量研究所（CQI）創始人之一泰德 林格（Ted Lingle）杯測，其中前五個品種的杯測成績是84.25、84.5、 84.5 、85.5、87分，瑰夏成打分最高的一款品種。</div>

	&nbsp; 業內人士表示，雲南咖啡種植面積、產量佔中國99%，多作爲原料出口到歐洲、北美等國。隨着中國咖啡消費市場的逐漸擴大，瑰夏的成功引種，可調節雲南咖農、市場、產業的需求，助推咖農增收近日，記者從愛伲集團獲悉，經過近五年的種植、初加工工藝的摸索，該集團成功引種世界頂級咖啡品種&mdash;&mdash;瑰夏。該產品的引種，對於中國咖啡行業的發展，以及雲南咖啡種植和品種改良意義重大。</div>

	&nbsp; 據介紹，愛伲集團自2011年與星巴克達成合作後，雙方聯手致力於改善雲南咖啡的種植水平及品種的提升和選拔。在星巴克和雲南省政府的幫助下，愛伲集團從全球咖啡主產區引進了瑰夏、波邦、卡杜拉、卡杜艾、鐵皮卡、維拉薩奇、瑞吉納等33個優質咖啡品種種植在愛伲莊園，建立了世界咖啡博覽園，該項目得到了中國科技部國際合作司的立項和扶持，同時雲南省農業廳也給予了大力的支持。</div>
