	&nbsp; 就最常見的咖啡機而言，從咖啡文化引入到中國開始，咖啡機也已經出現在了越來越多咖啡愛好者甚至是普通消費者的家中。無論是操作簡便的法壓壺、摩卡壺還是高端大氣上檔次的意式蒸汽咖啡機都已經成爲了人們茶餘飯後製作咖啡的好幫手。但是，由於半自動咖啡機操作複雜，對使用者的專業技能要求高。因此，人們把電子技術應用到咖啡機上，開發出集磨粉、壓粉、裝粉、沖泡、清除殘渣等釀製工序於一體的全自動咖啡機。如今，市場上的咖啡機也都以全自動爲主，高品質的全自動咖啡機按照最科學的數據和程序來釀製咖啡，而且都設有完善的保護系統，深受消費者追捧。</div>

	&nbsp; 而隨着消費者對於自己烘焙咖啡豆的嚮往逐漸加強，咖啡豆烘焙技術的優化也在不斷進行。到目前爲止，爲了實現大規模的烘培，人們已經開展了許多關於自動烘焙監測技術的研究，如監測咖啡豆的體積和孔隙率，咖啡豆的氣溫檢測，或監測咖啡豆的顏色等等。但是這些都無法很好滿足在家烘培的要求。據悉，一項聲控烘培技術正在研發階段，即通過聲音監控技術來控制烘培過程。如果該技術研發成功，就可以實現咖啡豆烘培自動監控。</div>

	&nbsp; 隨着歐美和韓國的咖啡品牌店紛至襲來，哈爾濱在這幾年間悄然的蛻變成了一個咖啡文化之城。但是由於咖啡豆需要從雲南或海南轉運，使得咖啡在達到消費者手裏時，已經不能保證最好口感，因此，今年2月，黑龍江省咖啡產業與交際聯盟對外發布，該聯盟確定旗下六家成員單位去阿根廷包地種植咖啡豆，再利用巴西的烘培技術，打造出返銷中國的自主咖啡品牌。這次舉動也將帶動哈爾濱成爲中國國內繼海南、雲南等之後又一個咖啡生豆交易集散地。填補了我國北方新鮮咖啡豆供應的空白。</div>

	&nbsp; 而作爲我國咖啡來源之一的雲南省，在保證新鮮咖啡供應充足的基礎上，又將保障上市咖啡產品的質量。日前，我國首個國家咖啡檢測重點實驗室（普洱）在普洱市正式開工建設，將爲普洱咖啡產業檢驗檢疫、仲裁、科研、人員培訓和對外技術交流搭建起多功能服務平臺，將有力地促進普洱乃至全省咖啡產業的發展。此舉也填補了我國咖啡產品專業實驗室的空白，爲咖啡產品的對外貿易提供有力的技術支撐。</div>

	&nbsp; 上海作爲國際性港口城市，自然也將爲我國咖啡產業走出國門盡一份力。全國第一個大型咖啡體驗中心&mdash;&mdash;萬國咖啡展示體驗館將落戶於上海自貿區，計劃今年3月籌建裝修，5月第一批國家館將正式入駐。據悉，萬國咖啡體驗館還是&ldquo;滬滇合作&rdquo;落地項目之一，力爭將雲南提升爲中國咖啡向世界展示的窗口。<img alt="" src="/uploads/allimg/161123/8-161123094332T8.jpg" style="width: 220px; height: 220px;" /></div>
