	20世紀初，來自法國的傳教士在雲南朱苦拉種下了中國大陸的第一棵咖啡樹。而據史料記載，1884年咖啡在臺灣首次種植成功，從而揭開了咖啡在中國發展的序幕。在以後的近百年裏，咖啡種植在幅員遼闊的中國也只是&quot;星星點點&quot;。</p>

	然而，近年來中國咖啡種植和消費的發展愈來愈爲世界所矚目。富來高、麥斯威爾、雀巢、哥倫比亞等咖啡公司紛紛在中國設立分公司或工廠，爲中國市場提供品種更優、價格更優的產品。作爲西方生活方式的一部分，咖啡已正式進入中國人的家庭和生活，成爲青年人新的消費時尚，裝點着都市風情。</p>

	在中國，人們越來越愛喝咖啡。隨之而來的&quot;咖啡文化&quot;充滿生活的每個時刻。咖啡逐漸發展爲一種文化。無論是新鮮研磨咖啡豆，還是剛剛衝好的熱咖啡，都散發出馥郁的香氣，令人沉醉。口味這一沉醉的方式很多：意大利特濃咖啡、卡布其頓咖啡、風味咖啡。中國人也逐漸喜歡自己做咖啡了。用焙炒過的咖啡豆和滲濾壺、濾紙做一杯新鮮的咖啡，也別有一番滋味。</p>

	隨着咖啡這一有着悠久歷史飲品廣爲人知，咖啡正在被越來越多的中國人所接受。有數據表明，中國的咖啡消費量正逐年上升，而有望成爲世界很需要的咖啡消費國。而今，出產在中國自己土地上的雲南咖啡，以其高貴的品質，低廉的價格，將推動這一潮流，引導這一時尚，成爲中國人自己的咖啡品牌，從而擁有中國自己獨特的咖啡文化</p>
