在紐約，有咖啡店老闆不堪忍受那些深信自己知道什麼是“正宗”卡布奇諾的顧客，去掉了菜單上所有飲品的名稱。這位老闆認爲，不管是什麼咖啡，都是“意式濃縮加牛奶”。不過，新近走紅的小白咖啡(flat white)讓他格外惱火，因爲這種用意式濃縮咖啡和牛奶製成的飲品，各種“權威”做法更是五花八門。</p>
