據《每日郵報》消息，近日，一項研究發現，一大杯星巴克咖啡所含咖啡因超過日均安全攝入量的四分之三。</p>
<p>
16盎司的大杯咖啡所含咖啡因是孕婦推薦限量的兩倍，而通常情況下，自己沖泡的8盎司咖啡則已超過了10歲兒童日均允許量。</p>
<p>
但科學家強調，這些統計均數並不能反映實際上的人均差異，性別，基因等因素都可能對個人的咖啡因耐受水平產生十分大的影響。</p>
<p>
個人的耐受水平還可能收到其他藥物的影響。當女性服用避孕藥時，咖啡因代謝速度就會減緩;吸菸者則對這種興奮劑的處理速度更快。</p>
<p>
由政府監管機構“健康加拿大”組織的一項研究發現，每日人均攝入咖啡因含量最高達400mg時，都不會產生焦慮，心臟反應等負面影響。</p>
<p>
而根據英國食品標準局的指南，孕婦的每日允許攝入量是200mg，10歲兒童則是75mg，據《化學與化工新聞》編輯的食物成分表，一杯16盎司的星巴克咖啡含有330mg咖啡因。但星巴克連鎖公司對此進行了否認，聲明他們的大杯咖啡僅含140mg咖啡因。</p>
<p>
佛羅里達大學法醫毒理學主任BruceA.Goldberger在《化學與化工新聞》中發表評論：人們通常並不理解這些飲料的潛在風險，咖啡因是一種興奮劑，當攝入的水平足夠高時，就會產生負面作用。</p>
<p>
普遍認爲，咖啡因的致命劑量約爲10g，相當於在短短的幾小時內，喝下75杯8盎司咖啡或者120罐紅牛。</p>
