國際在線報道（中國國際廣播電臺記者顏旭、孫伶俐 ）在巴勒斯坦的餐館、飯店和超市，人們遇到的基本上都是男性服務員，但是有一家咖啡館從2011年起就開始聘用女性服務員，成爲巴勒斯坦第一家招收女性員工的咖啡館。它有一個好聽的名字—茉莉花咖啡館。下面讓我們去納布盧斯的茉莉花咖啡館感受一下。</div>

納布盧斯是巴勒斯坦北部的一座山城。茉莉花咖啡館坐落在納布盧斯老城的主幹道上，一朵盛開的茉莉花標誌讓你很容易地就能找到它。談到爲什麼用茉莉花來命名，咖啡館的老闆傑克•薩阿達說：“首先，茉莉花是僅次於玫瑰受到全世界民衆喜愛的花，它不僅僅生長在巴勒斯坦，而且遍佈中國、敘利亞、黎巴嫩乃至歐美國家。很多人給自己的女兒就起名‘茉莉’。其次，茉莉花在英語和阿拉伯語中的發音很相似，所以無論是本地人，還是外國人，都很容易記住。第三，茉莉花也是阿拉伯詩人經常歌頌的對象。比如：‘即便衆花枯萎凋謝，茉莉依舊傲然開放。’”</div>

傑克•薩阿達今年56歲，出生在巴勒斯坦的拉姆安拉，10歲起就對阿拉伯傳統的水煙和咖啡着了迷。後來他被迫隨家人流亡到利比亞。經過種種艱辛努力，最終在美國舊金山奠定了事業的基礎。由於自己的經歷，薩阿達特別重視教育。他驕傲地對記者表示，他的女兒如今已經拿到了三個學士和碩士學位。在阿拉伯國家，老牌子的知名飯店和餐館都喜歡聘用擁有豐富資歷的相對年長一些的男性服務員。而在茉莉花咖啡館的納布盧斯分店，目前共有26名員工，其中包括10名女性員工，她們絕大多數都是在校大學生，一邊上課一邊在咖啡館打工。薩阿達表示，茉莉花咖啡館從創立起，就致力於通過向年輕人，特別是年輕女大學生提供工作機會，幫助她們通過高等教育改變自己的命運。</div>

傑克•薩阿達說：“我們不認爲男女之間存在差別。我的女兒是第一個在茉莉花咖啡館工作的女性員工。之後，我們開始聘用女大學生。巴勒斯坦主張民主和平等。我們咖啡館的男女員工都是同薪同酬，而且每月發兩次薪水，便於她們安排自己的生活、學習。我們鼓勵她們通過勤工儉學的方式體驗在社會的價值，而不是一味在學校悶頭苦學。我們對待女員工就像自己的女兒或者姐妹。我們都是平等對待男女員工，看工作，而不是看性別。”</div>

咖啡館內，微笑忙碌着的女服務員蓋蒂爾•姿婷就來自距離咖啡館一公里的巴勒斯坦著名的納賈哈大學。她介紹說，納賈哈大學目前在校學生有兩萬六千人，是巴勒斯坦規模最大的綜合大學之一。談到她在咖啡館的工作，姿婷說：“我從咖啡館開業就在這裏工作。我喜歡這裏的工作氛圍，我從工作中學到了很多東西，使我有了很多改變。我在納賈哈大學學習美術，學習、工作讓我很充實。”</div>

姿婷告訴記者，如果女性員工上晚班，咖啡館會使用專車或出租車把她們安全送回家。咖啡館現在已經形成了一種尊重女性的氛圍。</div>

年輕的商人烏薩馬•亞辛是這裏的常客，他說：“我是這裏的常客，一般每週來三次。我曾在迪拜生活，經常到國外出差，象德國、比利時、意大利等國。這些經歷讓我的觀念轉變了很多，其中就包括男女應該完全平等，應該尊重女性。我在日常生活中會盡力幫助女性。”</div>

下午三點，咖啡館內大多是時髦的年輕女性。她們或是抽着阿拉伯水煙，和朋友閒聊；或是和家人一起品嚐着咖啡、甜點。年輕的女繪圖設計師麥吉德•阿薩莉正在筆記本電腦前工作着。她說：“茉莉花咖啡館是一個讓她感覺沒有壓力的地方。我比較感性，覺得這裏很舒服。我的工作需要安靜的氛圍，所以我喜歡坐在咖啡館的角落，打開電腦，靜靜地工作。一些人可能因爲觀念陳舊等原因，對女性就業存在偏見。但我相信，女性就業絕對不存在問題，99%的工作女性都可以勝任。”</div>

阿薩莉告訴記者，在茉莉花咖啡館的帶動下，現在有越來越多的巴勒斯坦的公共服務行業開始招收女性。僅在納布盧斯，就已經有第二家咖啡館招收女性員工，這是一個好現象。</div>

茉莉花咖啡館的老闆傑克•薩阿達表示，在拉姆安拉和納布盧斯之外，他正籌劃開設第三家分店，目前有三個選擇，分別是巴勒斯坦北部的傑寧、南部的伯利恆和約旦的安曼。薩阿達說，他在舊金山生活的時候，經常去唐人街的華人餐館喫飯。他發現，中國人非常友善，中國菜非常好喫。目前，他在茉莉花咖啡館推出了一道中國風味的雞肉飯，受到了顧客的歡迎。他夢想着能在中國開家茉莉花咖啡館分店，因爲中國在世界的影響力越來越大。記者衷心地祝願他的夢想能夠早日實現。</div>
