	　　近日，記者走進定安縣龍門鎮紅花嶺村，在村東頭，一片平整的土地上一株株綠蔥蔥的咖啡樹苗和檳榔苗,在陽光下貪婪地吸收大自然的養分，嫩綠的葉子隨着春風左右擺動，帶來無限地生機。這裏就是該村民富農業發展鄉村休閒旅遊合作社的種植園。</p>

	　　&ldquo;專家說了，天氣熱的時候就要給樹苗多澆水。&rdquo;正在種植園內忙碌的紅花嶺村貧困戶陳正全見到記者，熱情地過來介紹道，由於最近海南的天氣比較炎熱，所以他每天都會來給種植園裏的樹苗澆水，一般是上午8點和下午3點，一天兩趟，保障咖啡樹苗和檳榔苗能夠茁壯成長。</p>

	　　<strong style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px;">政府帶頭科學種植</strong></p>

	　　&ldquo;合作社現在種植的咖啡樹總共18畝，是在龍門鎮政府的支持下成立的，鎮政府幫扶合作社出資20萬元用於種植，並且請來海南省農科院的專家進行指導，做到科學種植。&rdquo;在紅花嶺村委會，合作社社長陳益揚對記者說道。</p>

	　　據瞭解，目前合作社種植園內主要種植的是咖啡樹，在海南省農科院專家的指導下，採用了咖啡樹和檳榔樹套種的模式，咖啡樹的種植也成了合作社備受矚目的一大亮點。</p>

	　　&ldquo;龍門鎮是富硒土寶地，在80年代初，紅花嶺村民就有自家種植咖啡樹的歷史。不過當時種植的咖啡樹算是野生咖啡樹，採摘下來的咖啡豆雖然味道不錯，但是沒有形成規模，也無法進行正規的銷售。因此種植咖啡樹一直沒有能成爲村民脫貧致富的渠道。&rdquo;合作社理事梁昌恆說。</p>

	　　對於致富路上存在的難題，龍門鎮政府也考慮到了村民的憂慮。因此在主推種植業的同時，也將全面推廣龍門鎮的旅遊業，開發紅花嶺冷泉湖，並且打算在村子裏開設咖啡館，吸引更多人來品嚐種植園種植的特色咖啡。</p>

	　　陳益揚說，只有將產品的內用和外銷這條產業鏈貫穿起來，讓合作社的運營活起來，用實際的收益吸引更多的村民，才能讓村民感受到生活的變化，努力一步一步摘掉貧困的帽子，帶領村民從此走上致富的道路。</p>

	　　<strong style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px;">各出己力保障收益</strong></p>

	　　在具體收益上，據陳益楊介紹，合作社發展起來了，會有三方獲益，村委會以出租土地的形式入股，收取最後利潤的30%;貧困戶以勞力入股,負責種植園的日常除草澆水等工作，最後他們將共同平分利潤的50%;合作社負責運營管理和開拓市場等工作，最後利潤的20%歸合作社所有。三方各出己力，協同合作，將合作社運轉起來，以求獲得最大化的收益。</p>
<p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 宋體, arial; font-size: 14px;">
	　　&ldquo;合作社內種植上的日常管理，我們交託給貧困戶，用考勤制度來記錄貧困戶的工作付出。一般情況下，只要種植園內有活需要幹，貧困戶們都會集體出動，一起除草一起澆水。目前合作社內的貧困戶雖然只有5戶，不過我們相信，通過努力，會有越來越多的人看到合作社的前景，會有越來越多的人加入我們的隊伍。&rdquo;</p>
<p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 宋體, arial; font-size: 14px;">
	　　據瞭解，民富農業發展鄉村休閒旅遊合作社種植園在海南省農科院的科學指導下，每一畝地種150至160株咖啡樹的種苗。經過3年的種植，這些咖啡樹每畝地能獲得的收益大約是5000元。</p>

	　　&ldquo;農科院的專家說，這些很小的種苗不僅需要我們每天按時看管，還需經常進行人工除草，最重要的是咖啡樹苗現在還不適合打農藥，太小的種苗打了農藥會影響長勢。&rdquo;種植園里正在忙着除草的陳正全告訴記者。<br style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px;" />
	一粒小小的咖啡豆燃起了紅花嶺的脫貧希望，一雙來自政府的雙手鋪就了紅花嶺前進的道路。紅花嶺的村民們在行動，因爲他們相信，他們在春天播撒下的希望種子，終有一天會發芽，長大，照亮他們的明天。</p>
