說實話，我不喜歡喝咖啡，所以，對於公司某些同事的桌上每天必不可少的一杯星巴克，表示無感，它對我來說，並不是提神，而是失眠。</div>

很長一段時間內，星巴克在咖啡市場的佔有率確實勢不可擋，但最近幾年已是明顯的疲態，太多的競爭，太氾濫的開店，加上咖啡確實是無關矯情和奢侈，它可能會有一大批忠實的粉絲，但很難會是咖啡界的“蘋果”。這是赤裸裸的市場競爭的結果。星巴克當然也很清楚這一點，所以最近幾年，世界各地紛紛出現了星巴克概念店，算是新的戰略之一。但之前美國、中國香港的幾家概念店沒有給人太多驚喜，可能星巴克控會比較在意。不過，最近出現的兩家概念店卻着實讓人大開眼界，如果能繼續保持這種水準，說不定又能重塑形象。</div>

日本太宰府天滿宮表參道店於今年2月開業，邀請的是日本設計師隈研吾（Kengo Kuma）做店面設計。隈研吾向來擅長運用各種木材營造出特殊的建築空間，而這間新的星巴克概念店無疑將成爲他又一個代表作。咖啡店位於日本歷史聞名的神社太宰府天滿宮附近，在路邊一個方正的木板夾層間創造出自有的小天地，牆面用厚度爲6釐米的斜十字木條作爲裝飾，這種木條裝飾一直延續到室內的空間，覆蓋了整個天花板，並營造出3D 立體的感受。此外，完全以貨櫃完成整間獨特風格的店面設計，前衛但又與傳統的街景相融合，坐在咖啡店內，彷彿身處叢林中的一個鳥窩，充滿安全感之餘也洋溢着難得的大自然氣息。</div>

另一家讓人眼前一亮的新概念店前幾天剛剛在荷蘭阿姆斯特丹開業。這家店選址在一個極具歷史意義的銀行內，因此，首席設計師Liz Muller便自然而然地賦予它“銀行”的概念，也成爲歐洲面積最大的店面，達430平方米。Liz Muller帶領了以藝術家和手工藝人組成的團隊對這家星巴克咖啡店進行了室內設計，店面內部有大量的橡木傢俱、古典的代爾夫特瓷磚和牆面材料，這些都是利用回收利用來的輪胎內胎設計而成。和隈研吾異曲同工之處，在於，這家咖啡店內部的波浪式屋頂由1800塊單獨切割的木塊組裝而成，彷彿是理念得到了延續，但又區別於隈研吾的和式，洋溢的是歐洲式的大氣。同時，設計師對該空間內部的大理石和混凝土地板也進行了翻修設計。商店的後面是一家麪包房，其中的升降表演臺也爲現場音樂和詩朗誦提供了表演空間，並提供僅概念店纔有的頂級咖啡手工沖泡服務，以及特色餐飲服務。</div>

看到這兩家店面設計，我想，如果上海也有這樣的概念店，我會很樂意每天泡在裏面，作爲一個建築空間控，好的設計可能會讓人作出一些“買櫝還珠”的事情。</div>
